   Quality is great, hearing is great, even noise cancellation is great. The microphone does pick up some background noise, but only if the background noise is just as loud as you are. Works well in a bullpen.

   For those that are fans of the in-ear sleek headset design, look no further. I like that we can get the headsets separate from the bases, also since those tend to go out quicker. These headsets work well with our NEC phones (digital and IP) with the AP91 automatic receiver.
