From everyday tasks to multimedia entertainment, the Acer Aspire TC-875-UR12 Desktop Computer can handle it all. Powered by a 10th Gen Intel Core i5 processor and 8GB of DDR4 RAM, the Acer Aspire provides the performance you need for work and for play. For storage, it features a 1TB 3.5″ 7200 rpm HDD. With a sophisticated black chassis design, the Acer Aspire blends in nicely with your home or office setup. It is also easily expandable. You can add more RAM or storage. There is also an included SuperMulti DVD burner, allowing you the ability to make physical media, such as DVDs and CDs. With USB Type-C and Type-A ports, you’ll be able to connect multiple devices to the Acer Aspire. The HDMI ports allow you to output to an external display, powered by integrated Intel UHD Graphics 630. You can also add your own dedicated graphics card via the available PCIe x16 slot.
While you could connect to the internet via the Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 jack, the Acer Aspire can go wireless, thanks to its Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) connectivity. This allows you to place the Acer Aspire anywhere in your home or office and not have to be tethered near the router. With 5.1-Channel Surround Sound HD Audio support, you’ll be able to get an immersive audio experience. A USB keyboard and mouse are included. You can also opt for a wireless keyboard and mouse (both sold separately) because the Acer Aspire has Bluetooth 5.1 wireless technology. Windows 10 Home is the installed operating system.

I needed to replace my very old computer. It was taking AGES to do even simple tasks, much less the complicated tasks of photo editing. So I did some comparison shopping and found this was the best deal and what I needed. I thought I would have trouble going from my much, much older (it was over 12 years old, maybe closer to 15!) to this new one, with a new OS, but it has all been pretty easy. The only trouble I’ve had is that the keyboard that came with it is slightly smaller than the one I’m used to, so I’ve had to adjust my typing. Not a huge deal, just an old dog, new trick one. Not only is the regular online stuff I do much faster, the overall photo process is as well. And I don’t mean in a new computer upgrade way, more in the processor kind of way. The speed is noticeable when I convert from NEF/RAW to JPEG. I like it. I misread the specs on it and did have to to purchase an adapter for my monitor, but it was inexpensive and perfectly easy to install/use.
