Description
Canon Fine Art Bright White paper is a heavyweight paper stock that is ideal for creative photography, or can be used for custom greeting cards. This paper is extremely heavy with a basis weight of 330 gsm so that it can even be used as cover stock. The paper has an extrememly bright white coating with a luxurious matte surface that will produce images with bright colors and rich blacks.

This paper prints nearly identically to the 230 gsm version but it is considerably more costly. I find 230 gsm to be adequate for most situations and only use this heavier paper if I have a specific reason.

This is a very heavy paper with a good surface and feel to it. It is not easy to manipulate because of its stiffness. Once uncurled and cut, the resulting prints are luscious and hold fine detail. For a cotton base, it’s very white but not as white as coated papers.
