   B&H sold a faulty cartridge. They do not accept exchanges for inks that are defective out of the box. The best they will offer are excuses for their non-return policy. Shop elsewhere for this type of supply: a slightly lower price is not worth the hundreds you lose on a defect.

   I only use Epson’s original manufacturer pigment inks. I’ve spent a lot on a 24 inch printer, why would I want to take a chance on other inks? Give it a gentle swirling shake, install and watch your images come to life in vibrant colors.

   I stick with the original manufacturer pigmented inks, they don’t clog or foul up the print head on my 24 Stylus Pro 7890. Give it a gentle swirling shake before installing. And of course the resulting prints are gorgeous.
