    I purchased this in May and my HP printer just ran out of ink yesterday July 3rd. I opened the box, which was sealed and put the cartridge in my printer. The cartridge was empty. I took the cartridge out and shook it and there was nothing in it. I don’t want to go buy another one, plus a lot of places are out of stock. Will you please send me another one, but please check it first.

    Of course the product works. The printer software is designed to recognize 3rd party ink. That will not work. Hp ink is overpriced. I’m looking forward to finding a more open market product next time I buy a printer.

    This ink works as expected… unfortunately for me, my printer indicated that it needed black ink, and then as soon as I got the black ink it wanted the color cartridges replaced too ($150 for all)… next time I will try to purchase a printer that doesn’t need color ink to print in B&W.
