The USB Type-A to VGA Display Adapter from j5create acts as an external video card for your computer and allows you to add an additional display via your USB 3.0 or VGA connection. With this adapter, you can access three viewing modes. Primary Mode allows you to reach individual applications open on each monitor, which is designed to improve productivity. Extended Mode allows you to extend your desktop across multiple displays, including spreadsheets and other tasks. Mirroring Mode is used to clone one screen onto another for presentations.

Gives you an additional monitor on a computer or laptop that only has one output. On occasion black out occur in sections of the addtional screen which goes away when moving cursor over the area. Very seldom. I have it connected through a usb 2.0 hub which could be causing the issue but love that it works through the hub. Used on laptops and doesn’t have that issue.
