Purchased to replace my old Microsoft Arc mouse that uses a dongle. The button clicks are loud and hollow. Optical tracking is finicky depending on the surface. Its good enough compared to the old Arc mouse. At least it doesnt need a dongle.

I got this when I purchased the Surface Pro and it’s been a little quirky for me. Possibly because I use my left hand when I use the mouse it hasn’t worked as well as other mice. It seems I have to be very pronounced and truly clicked the farthest corner of the right side for the mouse to work well, whereas the Magic Mouse and Kensington Darkfield mice never seem to have this problem with their devices.
