   My company usually uses the S12 headset model but we have purchased a few S11 models and this replacement headset works with both models. The S12 headsets tend to break easily but the S11 are more sturdy. So glad we could use this replacement and at a reasonable cost to our company as I do the purchasing for office supplies. The items were delivered quickly and the purchase experience was great. I would recommend this supplier and I look forward to using them again in the future.

   Was told this is a great product. All my coworkers at work are using them for quite a long while! I ordered mines and it was making a bit of a problem. I called them back and they were so nice with immediately replacing the defective piece with a brand new excellent one!

   I use this for weekly and monthly teleconferences that I open and host for the physicians that I support. It works fine, is lightweight, and has a comfortable fit. I have worn it for up to an hour at a time. (I would look for a more rugged headset if I was using it every day. Not that this is poor quality, far from it, but does not seem as rugged for daily use for me.)

   I searched headset for a cordless phone. This does not fit any cordless phone and it doesn’t even work with an adapter to fit a cordless phone. The bubble pak says Universal stereo headset. With only 1 earpiece it can’t be stereo and it certainly isn’t universal. It does work with a computer if you use the supplied adapter to split the mic from the earpiece. While it probably is decent in whatever application it is intended for I have no use for it. Being inexpensive, it wasn’t worth the hassle of returning it.

   My first S11 lasted for nearly 5 years of extended daily use. Just bought a new one, and like the first set, it works like a charm. The headset rest is a joke but of no consequence to the use of the device.

   I work from home and have a need to be able to use the phone hands-free and a speaker phone is not a great sound quality. Headsets work much better. This one has a nice sound both ways.
