The Polycom SoundStation 2 Expandable Conference Phone With Display is designed for productive meetings in small to midsize conference rooms with up to 10 participants. Utilizing Polycom’s renowned Acoustic Clarity technology, it ensures clear and crisp voice quality, eliminating dropouts and clipping. Users can converse in a normal tone from up to 10 feet away.

Equipped with Dynamic Noise Reduction (DNR) and three cardioid microphones, it achieves 360° coverage while minimizing background noise from projectors, ventilation systems, and other distractions. The intelligent mixing feature prioritizes the speaker’s voice over ambient noise and resists interference from mobile and wireless devices.

This conference phone offers advanced flexibility and productivity. Its 2.5mm applications port enables connection to mobile phones for conference calls without analog lines or to computers for internet calling. The large backlit display provides clear call information and easy navigation of telephone functions. Compatible with standard analog telephone lines, setup is straightforward. It includes traditional telephone features like redial, mute, transfer, and hold, making it a fully featured and user-friendly conference phone.

The “Ex” model supports up to two expansion microphones, extending its coverage to medium-sized conference rooms effectively.
