Simply put, support is not existing, I wasn’t able to login into my Asus routed from this unit as it just can’t go past the login screen, I had to RMA to B&H. Thank You, B&H for providing label and taking care of it DON’T BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM QNAP AS THEY DONT OWNER WARRANTY NOR SUPPORT. SUPPORT IS USELESS AND DOESN’T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT
