I would have just replaced it. The shipping was smooth and quick from B&H. This drive was simple to install the SATA connections as usual. The pc fired up immediately, the drive performed flawlessly, and I was suprised how quickly Win7 Ultimate 64-bit was installed on a 2TB drive.It is then I suddenly realized I love Seagate products and do not like WD much. What makes this product great is Seagates support, reliability, and customer service. Also, you guys should know by now this is listed as bare bones. This means it does not come with SATA cables or anything else.
