The drive seems to work okay but it makes such weird noises. Kind of like a clogged drain sort of draining, then a wind up like a small motor when it engages. I am wondering if there is something wrong with this unit or is this what this drive sounds like when it is working or even not working. When it is idle is sounds like a distant car alarm.
