The Smart-AVI KLX-RX500 Chainable DVI/VGA KVM Receiver extends DVI/VGA, KVM, and IR signals up to 500′ over LAN, designed for seamless integration with the KLX-TX500 Transmitter. Utilize your existing LAN infrastructure or establish a dedicated extension cabling setup.
The KLX-RX500 compresses data for transmission over Cat5e/6 cables, maintaining signal integrity with Gigabit Internet connections. For full resolution extension via existing LAN, a one Gigabit switch is recommended; otherwise, signals will be compressed with lower bandwidth.
No software or drivers are required for this plug-and-play Smart-AVI KVM Receiver, supporting USB emulation and Full HD 1080p at 60 Hz. Control the receiver with an IR remote (not included). Its compact design fits pre-configured work environments, making it ideal for various applications.
