Improve the efficiency of your CPU cooler with the Metal Oxide Thermal Paste from StarTech. The metal-based compound thermally bonds the processor to the heatsink, providing conductivity over 1.93 W/m-K, ensuring your fan or water-cooling system optimizes heat dissipation performance and promotes stability. Apply a fresh amount to a new CPU or replace old, dried out thermal paste with 1.5g of compound, giving you at least 4 to 6 applications per tube. When the proper amount has been administered, you can reseal the material to use for another time.

Bought it because Bhphotovideo recommended it to me after I bought CPU. Specs on this website of this thermal paste is very vague and not specific. I used this thermal paste on my old cpu and started getting stuttering when watching streams, which had never happened before. Also started getting problems watching regular youtube videos. I lifted cpu cooler to find the thermal paste being too soft and sparse, which means it has a low thermal conductivity (doesn’t transfer heat well). I ended up going back to my old thermal paste that came with my cpu cooler.

What can I say …. this thermal paste works great and lasts a long time. Price was fair. I used this on my Ryzen 5950x and evga AIO cooler. No issues.

Have been upgrading motherboards and processors in a couple older HP Z400 workstations. This thermal paste is easily dispensed and provides plenty of thermal paste for multiple uses.

I replaced my thermal paste decided to try this band out. It was easy to apply, and the paste looked exactly how it should and it was just right density.
