The USB Joystick from Thrustmaster features an ergonomically molded grip designed to conform to the natural shape of the hand, and an enlarged palm rest for comfort. This three-axis joystick is ideal for flight simulation & combat games and has three action buttons, a trigger, a base-mounted throttle for analog speed control, and an eight-way toggle “hat” switch that enables you to alternate viewpoints (for example, in and around an aircraft). Furthermore, non-slip rubber pads in addition to its weighted base provide even more stability.

Im guessing that this joystick is ok but Im having trouble finding a game to test it on. Im a truck driver and dont have a lot of spare time for my toys so if I can find an airplane or space game that requires a joystick, Ill let you guys know.

This joystick is amazing to start off flight games that don’t require a button for everything. However if you play anything like WarThunder and plan on flying in simulator don’t get this joystick. There isn’t enough buttons or stick movements to be able to have all the controls on the stick. Overall its a good stick other wise for less serious air sim games.

Perfect for a backup or introductory flying stick.

Comfortable grip, not for leftys though. Good spring-back on the stick, throttle is very responsive, if not a little tricky to zero if you’re playing a game with say, reverse thrust. Buttons are easy, not sticky. It doesn’t feel like it’s going to break any time soon, but the base is really lightweight so maybe try to Velcro it to your desk to help it stay put. I’d certainly buy it again; even for an entry level stick, the price is unbeatable.

Very low-end joystick (as the price indicates). Doesn’t center very well so you need to frequently calibrate it with windows. And works much better with games where you can set a large dead space in the middle. Otherwise the games sees movement you aren’t intending to make. But that’s about right for this price point.

Since I haven’t been able to get it to work. But I haven’t given up yet.
