Installed it in a Mac Pro 2013, requires a Sintech NGFF M.2 nVME SSD Adapter card. Once installed, operates as expected. Read/write performance is about double the original Apple SSD, but will not be as fast as the claimed read/write of the WD due to slower bus in the Mac Pro 2013. Very satisfied.

WD 2TB Black SN750 NVMe M.2 Internal SSD with Heatsink is easy to installed on my full size ATX – X99X mobo, provided one of my own screw (laptop hdd/ssd type) to hold the SN750 drive in place, installed the free cloning WD Acronis true image software to the old SSD drive then used it to clone the previous OS from that drive to this new SN750 without a pain, set the boot priority on the motherboard CMOS setup drives to this new SN750 and it booted right up just fine. Applications and Games are running smoother compared to 2.5 SSD, I am happy with my purchased, got a great deal during Black Friday, and Thanks B&H for great service since 1989. Would recommended B&H and WD SN750.

Excellent service from B&H and immediate delivery with Fedex. This SSD is the best, super fast, depending on what you do with your PC, I am a bit short. I have part of the adobe suite installed and a couple of games, soon I change it for the 1TB of 4th gen.

I’ve used WD mechanical drives almost exclusively and so far had pretty good luck with them. This one doesn’t disappoint so far, I guess time will tell how it holds up…

Bought a 2TB SSD for file storage. For the system I use SSD SN850 with a capacity of 1 TB.

I ran my system from a 500GB WB Blue 3D NAND SATA III m.2 SSD. It ran really well for me, but was not enough capacity for me to have all my programs and files on it, so there was always a lag if I needed stuff from my 2TB HDD to be on the SSD. Between the capacity increase and the speed increase this offers me, I am able to keep everything I need on this as well as quickly transfer stuff to the 500GB SSD which basically acts as a cache for me. I quickly dump stuff from the NVME to the SATA and let the SATA transfer stuff to the HDD for long term storage, leaving my NVME free to work at full speed on other stuff while a bigger transfer is happening in the background. Just comparing it to its advertised specifications, it lines up fine. CrystalDisk is rating it close enough to the advertised speeds to be acceptable and I am not noticing any kinds of lag when I am transferring and saving media. Comparing it to the Samsung 970 EVO, the EVO is slightly better, especially if you look at UserBenchmark comparisons. So if you don’t care about matching brands or anything, since it is usually the same price, the Samsung would be the way to go. However, I like to match brands and have always liked Western Digital. So I went with this SSD. I am not disappointed.
