   Im in making Lithiphanes and this filament is at the rite price and works good on my Da vinci 3d printer, received it on time with no shipping it came fast and was better to buy from B&H instead of xyz printing (XYZ on west coast and takes several weeks to come) The chip was not rite for my 3D printer I just reset the old chip. Will purchase more when needed/ .One sample of lithophane below

   This was my first use of PLA, having used only ABS filament until now. It produces very high quality prints, doesn’t require the bed to heat up as with ABS. One drawback to PLA is its tendency to snap overnight between the reel cartridge and the print head, which forces you to unload filament, then reload. A minor inconvenience for great prints. Additionally it does not seem to warp as ABS sometimes does, separating layers on projects such as small boxes. Recommended.

   This is the best (and only) filament to use with my XYZ DaVinci 3D printer. Be aware that PLA has a tendency to become brittle and can easily snap between the filament cartridge and the extruder head. Nonetheless, I prefer PLA over ABS.

   I’m guessing they stopped making this and this is all resell of old stock because it is incredible brittle in. In a brand new XYZ Davinci machine, this and another canister broke 10 times in the 1 roll.
