Overall happy with the product, but it’s not silent as advertised on the manufacturer site. I measure +10db at arm’s length when turning the unit on in a quiet room. This may ore may not be an issue for you depending on your environment. For me, not OK to have an SD card reader be louder than my 24-core desktop workstation so I disconnected the fan at my own risk. (Contacted product support and they advised OK so long as not using NVME M.2 sticks). I’m otherwise very happy with the product.
