The customer service was like sorry cannot do anything about it. I mentioned that its just 3 months out of warranty but no help. I got this based on the high reviews. I recently installed two of these devices to get our internet/network from our main church building to the house next door where our pastor lives. It is only about 80 feet perfect line of sight. These devices have been performing flawlessly for a little over 2 weeks now. There has never been a signal drop! The other end in the pastor’s house has a Ubiquiti UAP-AC-Pro and an 8 port Ubiquiti switch both adopted and monitored on our main network in the church building next door via a UDM Pro. The only con, if it even is one, is that these are not gigabit units. You will be limited to 10/100 internet/network connectivity. That being said, I would still HIGHLY recommend these units!
